All Voidling orders ship free, anywhere we deliver. No minimums, no fine print.
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, holidays, or carrier delays.
International customers may be charged customs fees, import duties, or VAT by their country's customs office. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.
We currently do not ship to the following regions: India, Bangladesh, Taiwan, and Myanmar. If you place an order from one of these countries, it will be cancelled and refunded.
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve it — either a replacement or a refund, depending on inventory and circumstances.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Voidling is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
